Founding West Coast League members the Bellingham Bells and Wenatchee AppleSox recently made head coaching changes.

Yesterday, the Sox introduced Kyle Krustangel of Yakima Valley CC as the club’s fourth head coach. He replaces A.J. Proszek.

Kyle guided the Yaks to a NWAC championship in his first season as head coach at YVCC. The Whitworth grad joins an organization that has accumulated five WCL titles since 2005.

Greg Goetz, currently the Director of Baseball Operations at Seattle University, was announced as the Bells new head coach on September 1. He replaces Mike Gange as Bellingham’s skipper. Gange recently accepted a full-time assistant coaching positon at Pacific University.

Bellingham has appeared in the WCLCS two of the last three seasons, and captured its first WCL crown in 2014.

Overall member attendance exceeded 400,000 in 2015.
