West Coast League alum James Paxton of the Seattle Mariners tossed eight shutout innings vs. Boston yesterday at Safeco Field in the Mariners 5-0 win over the Red Sox. Paxton pitched for the Kelowna Falcons in 2007, and is currently 2-2 with a 3.59 ERA for Seattle.
