It appears former Kitsap BlueJackets head coach Matt Acker is returning to guide the Silverdale, Washington based club. But he will now be focused on managing operations.
Matt skippered the Jackets for seven seasons from 2005-2011.
Kitsap is a founding member of the West Coast League and plays its games at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.
Acker will work for general manager and managing partner Rick Smith.
